BTTV app on amazon firestick suddenly not working

Is this still on track for a Tuesday update?

We have a fix that is now being tested. All being well, the update will be in the Amazon App Store on Tuesday. I'll update here as soon as it's available.

We'll know for sure on Monday. It definitely fixes this issue, but we need to be totally sure that it doesn't break anything else before we release it.

Hi there. Last few days I'm getting an error code zs001 when I open the bttv app on firestick. I've. Been through all the settings and can't find reason why. Can anyone help?

I'm sorry you're getting an error when trying to view the BT TB app on your firestick, I hope you don't mind I've moved your post to the correct thread on the community. As you can see from Darren's posts we're currently working on a fix so keep an eye out on this thread for any further updates.

I'm pleased to announce that the app update has passed all our testing, and is currently with Amazon for approval to release.  I would hope to see it available to install some time tomorrow (Tuesday 16th).  Thanks for bearing with us on this, and apologies for the inconvenience it has caused.
