After uninstalling and reinstalling the app on the firestick, I can say that all is now working fine! Thanks to Darren and the team for all your help!

Thanks for the support. I can confirm that I have uninstalled and reinstalled the BT TV app and it is now working perfectly.

I uninstalled and reinstalled the BT app. After I have entered my log in details (which are definitely correct) I get the message "Sorry you've entered the wrong details, sorry there's been a problem logging in, please try again" and the code ZJ931?  What is the issue?
