You need a BT TV App Extra subscription to use the app on Amazon Fire TV or other large screen devices. Details available here: https://www.bt.com/tv/appextra

Ok cheers

I believe I can watch thru Firefox, but it won't let me as it says I need to manage cookies (VCO86) to do this. How/where do I go to manage them please?

You need BT TV App Extra to use BT TV app on an Amazon Fire Stick @tugdolan. There is no BT Sport app available for Amazon devices.

@Barcabaggies you need to follow the instructions that NeilO has already provided in the other thread that you've raised. Where he's said menu, he means the 3 horizontal bars in the top right corner of the window.

Hi @tugdolan. This issue has been fixed, but your device needs to update the app to the latest version. This should happen automatically, but if not then uninstall and install again to pick up the fix.
