Re: Update now available

Hi, I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling several times over the last two days and am still getting the same error code (ZS001). I have tried clearing the cache and data and restarting my box all with no luck. My sister is having the same problem with her box. I suspect the fix only sorts the problem on certain Amazon devices. Both our boxes are second generation Fire TVs.

@tugdolan The BT TV app on Amazon Fire has always required the BT TV App Extra subscription to be able to use it. If you were previously able to but cannot now then your subscription must have changed.

Re: Update now available

Yes, it looks like we still have an issue on some models, that we're currently investigating. A factory reset reverts the device back to default versions, but then the device will pick up system component updates when it next synchronises, which then causes the BT TV app to break again. We'll get an update out as soon as we can.
