I have uninstalled and I installed. This still does not work for me. Using amazon firebox.
Mine stopped working last week but is back now. I didn't push one through but must have automatically updated
It has stopped working here too with the secruity issue error. Uninstalled and reinstalled didn't fix.
Doesn't even get to the login prompt.
The Amazon 4K stick has now stopped working as well - this was working last week when others were not.
I tried to get information from BT but no results as yet
As I mentioned in one of my earlier posts I contacted BT a chap called Andy, He informed me that according to BT they did not support Amazon fire Box/Stick and I would have to pay an extra subscription to be able to get BTTV on my Amazon Box, even if I do not have all the correct packages, how come people who have still do not get BTTV on there Amazon sticks
An update is available in the App Store this evening - please note that it does NOT fix this issue, and is just a routine feature update.
I'm pleased to say that we do have an update now in testing for the remaining devices affected by the ZS001 issue, and will release this as soon as possible. We've also enhanced the app to ensure that if this issue occurs again in future, we'll be able to fix it much quicker.
