Unfortunately the TV details still aren't working on the My BT, but I understand from the call yesterday that could be a couple of weeks so I can wait on that one. The missing channels were certainly more of an issue, so thanks for getting that one sorted for me.

@rich03 Yes, the issue with your BT.com account is in hand with the team who'll be able to fix that and I'll keep your complaint open here until I know that everything has been sorted.
