Unfortunately the TV details still aren't working on the My BT, but I understand from the call yesterday that could be a couple of weeks so I can wait on that one. The missing channels were certainly more of an issue, so thanks for getting that one sorted for me.

@rich03 Yes, the issue with your BT.com account is in hand with the team who'll be able to fix that and I'll keep your complaint open here until I know that everything has been sorted.

Hi @naples98 The bt.com team think they have may have fixed this. Please can you check and post back to let me know. If it is faulty still please post another screenshot.

I've also got error retrieving details, activated a few weeks ago. Can't access Eden or Good food says don't have subscription for them in BT player when selected in the youview box my guide.

@rich03 I'm really sorry it's still not sorted, I chased it up with the bt.com team yesterday afternoon and asked them to provide an update.  As soon as I hear back I'll get in touch.

6 days on and still not working unfortunately. Has there been any progress at all on it?

 

It seems there are several of us with the same issues.
