I am having the same problem accessing the BT TV App. Can someone help?
Hi @jillyp Welcome to the forum and sorry to hear you are having a problem accessing the BTTV Everywhere App.
Have you been able to use the App previously or have you just downloaded the BTTV App?
If you have a previous version of the BTTV App then please download the latest version.

No I am new to BT TV - in fact the viewing box has not yet been installed but I have been told that the app should work already - but sadly not.
Hi @jillyp Thanks for posting back. I trust you have your BTID already set up and the account holder status claimed from the email acknowledgement of your order.
Are you getting any error code when you try to access the App?
