Hello
I currentlly don't have a broadband connection in my home as Openreach still needs to some work with setting up the connection, and I wanted to buy a BTWIFI pass.
My question is, can multiple users get online at the same time if I share the login details with them. Is there a limit on the number of users?
I think this question was asked before but just wanted to check if users can get online at the same time.
Thanks

Welcome to this user forum.
Do you actually have an order in progress with BT Retail?
I have placed an order at the begining of December, but Openreach still have to complete some works at my flat, as where I live it's a new development building.
BT have told me that I can't place an order as Openreach hasn't marked the property ready for service.
I have been in contact with openreach but they keep saying that the connection will be ready in a week, then a week again an so on. At this point it's becoming a frustrating experience as I have been waiting for them for 2 months.
So I'm looking for alternatives for me and my friends untill Openreach decides to finish work.
If you still have an open order with BT Retail, and have created a BT ID, then you should be able to use that BT ID to access BT Wifi for free.
I believe you can have more than one user connected to BT Wifi, but there may be a fair usage clause which may limit the amount of minutes you can use.
You also need to have a strong BT Wifi hotspot nearby, is that the case?
I was just given a order reference number when I tried to place an order in December, so I am using that everytime I call them to check if I can place an order with BT. So I don't think I can get free wifi.
I do have a full wifi network coverage from BT Wifi.
Have you received any message about creating a BT ID?
No I haven't.
I am just receiving every 2,3 weeks updates on my order, telling me that I still can't place an order becuse my property is not ready for service.
BT used to allow free BT Wifi access during order progression. I will ask a moderator to confirm this.
Thanks.
Hi @Otonel
I can advise BT Broadband customers will now have access to BT Wi-fi once their order is confirmed and being progressed. They can access this via their BT ID as long as they have a signal.
