I have a BTinternet.com email that forwards to another email, which is fine, however I switched to another ISP and when I tried to access the email it said it had been suspended. As it is still forwarding emails on I left it, but now I want to use the webmail again but can't. I have switched back to BT on infinity.
try sending an email to the mods with your account and phone number and a link back to this thread firstname.lastname@example.org
they will investigate for you - might take couple days for them to get back to you
