When I try to log-in to my btinternet.com email, I get a message that the account has been secured due to suspicious activity. I am unable to proceed to change the password as the details of DOB/Postcode/security question are not being recognised. This may date back to an old primary account to which my own email account was originally linked but I have tried any combination that would have been used. I have phoned the BT helpline but they seem unable to trace my account at all. My emails were accessible until last night. Any suggestions?
Are you a BT Broadband customer or paying for your email through a BT Premium email account?
Can you see the email account when you log onto your MyBT and go to your products then email manage?
