BTs new smart hub

Hi all,

 

I have just renewed my BT broadband and phone package, i got a good deal by agreeing to a 24 month contract.

 

My question is am i intitled to a new smart hub, my current one is the hub3, i probably should have ask for one but never gave it a thought at the time. Smiley Sad

You are not entitled to a new Smarthub but you may have been able to negotiate one when you renewed your contract. You are unlikely to get one now without paying for it.

 

If there is nothing wrong with your HH3 you should stick with it.

Hi all

 

Thanks for the responce from you both, sounds like the new hub is not what its cracks up to be, maybe a lucky escape then, hub3 is not to bad, its had no updates since 2013, but wireless range is not great but useable.
