Hi I bought the BT baby video monitor 6000 in Oct 2019 via Bt online shop, we’ve used it for the past 6 months and the monitor now no longer charges. The BT Charger just doesn’t seem to do anything And so the unit is no longer useable. I’ve tried calling the number on the video monitor page but it’s dead, have emailed, been on Facebook and Twitter with no reply! Hugely frustrating as trying to function without a monitor when my baby is in her own room is difficult. It’s still in warranty so need this sorted as I will be very unhappy if I’m forced to buy a new monitor just because no one from BT bothers to answer calls or reply to emails/social media

I've had a look at the BT Shop's Returns Policy
"If you think you have a faulty BT product the first step is to contact our dedicated product helpdesks via a Freephone number so they can try and fix the problem for you. If they can't fix it they will give you a fault reference number which you can then use to return the product via our online system here"
You can contact the Baby Video Monitor 6000 in warranty helpdesk by phone on 0808 100 6554. They are open Monday to Friday 9.00am to 5.30pm.

Thank you for copying and pasting the information from their website. Sadly that number is dead and does not even connect. I then wasted more time and contacted their complaints team, was given another similar number which is also dead. Any other suggestions that may lead to an actual outcome of getting this resolved!? Thanks

Any other suggestions as both those numbers either just ring out or you are on hold for what is an eternity!
