Bad Service from BT

Still awaiting an update from BT as to why this call took so long. 

May be time to put in a complaint

Took BT. From Sept to end Jan to fix phone line after phone calls each week, they promised a credit but never paid up. Dreadful service would I recommend absolutely not, now have no broadband nothing for 4,days & on 3rd router in less than 6 months
