On the 4th of March I had a response from Openreach stating:
The usual turnaround time for them is 5 working days, however, due to high demand of fibre, the work volume is very high.
I've been back and forth since trying to get an update but I haven't received anything yet. I will be out of the office on Monday but I'll chase it again on Tuesday providing they haven't already replied back about my emails on Thursday and today.
I've removed the £9.99 delivery charge for you. You'll notice the credit on your next bill but as I've applied it today it means we'll be applying for £9.99 less than the amount quoted on your current bill.
