Do you think Openreach will respond, or should this query be escalated somehow?
I chased this a few days ago and got advised that I should something by tomorrow the 27th, if I don't get a reply tomorrow. I will start the escalation process to get more information.
i was speaking to one of my neighbours down the road on Saturday, and he was able to order infinity on a January, so it seems some level of migration has already taken place.
I've escalated this twice since my last update to try to get a response on this.
Today I got an email from Openreach advising this is with the local project manager in your area and an escalation within Openreach has been raised to get an answer.
They have gave me an assurance that they will update me by 10/05/18.
I shall continue to chase in the meantime and update as soon as I have anything.
