I see this is a topic that goes back at least as far as 2010. It is now 2015, nearly 2016 and BT still have done nothing. I am completely unable to understand my bill. BT sport added at £19.99 p/m, loyalty discount applied of £14.99, some other discount of £8.50 (what IS that?), Sport Lite charged at £13.50, then discounted. I opted out of BT sport back in July before they started charging for it. Line rental saver figures all over the place. I've no idea whether I'm being cheated or not. This is a disgusting state of affairs. Very fed up.
Why can't the bills just show what I have and the correct charge beside it? e.g. Line rental - £xx, Broadband - £xx, Calls - £xx.
