You have already been told that and you are now going round in circles. If you have already asked Openreach and they have not told you then the reason for not telling you is their business. They are a private company and do not need to tell you anything.

If you have not asked them,do as you have been advised and email them. You might get a surprise and they might tell you. Who knows until you ask THEM.
