I know this is something that has been mentioned from time to time on the boards so I’m really pleased to be able to give you some details of how to register your interest for taking part in BT Products Trials.
If you would like to become a trialist we have a process where you can register your details with us and may then be chosen for future trials. A couple of points to note before signing up as a trialist are:
You need to have some free time to spend setting up and using trial products
You will need to report problems and issues to us, as they arise, through an agreed route.
You need to provide feedback when asked to do so - the amount of feedback varies from trial to trial depending on the complexity of the product on trial. Feedback is submitted online via Formwize surveys
There is always a trial helpline manned during office hours and usually an email address for queries and other correspondence
The trial product is usually but not always given to the triallist at the end of the trial
There are no costs involved but triallists do not usually get any free broadband or call allowance
Each trial will have terms and conditions which would need to be agreed
Once you have registered your details we cannot guarantee how long it will take to be invited to a trial, but would expect it to be within the next 12 months
