Been billed for 5 delivers

Hi just checked my bill and seen that I've been billed 5 times 11,18,19,20 and 25 July for BT hubs delivers when all the orders that BT had placed while trying to fix some error withh broadband order, which still has not been sorted out seen the 26 May , could someone pls look into this for me

Last time I chatted to them they told me I must pay the bill first then they would do a refund
