My contract is 18 months and I still have the email saying my discount lasts for 18 months. I started my contract on 21st January 2019. I logged in last month to check my bill and a message popped up at the top saying my discount is ending soon renew now. I cannot get through to bt at all and now I'm panicking my bill is going to sky rocket when I do not have the money for it. Has this happened to anyone else? If so did yours go up early or actually end on the right date?

I have exactly the same problem. My contract started in March 2019 and the discount is supposed to be applied to the full 18 months that I signed for.
In my bill for April 2020 there was already an increase and when I logged into my account online it says that my discount is ending soon. The discount should be ending 28 Sept 2020 as per the contract.
I couldn't get in touch with anyone on the online chat and I didn't even try calling on the phone because it's going to take a long time to get through at this time..

The small increase is from the CPI price change, your discount ending is a reminder that you've entered the last 6 months of the discount period, years back people had to wait for the last 30 days, then it was the last 90 days, now it's 6 months.
