I was emailed by BT to say my contract was finishing on 21st August and I needed to take out a new contract or upgrade. I decided to go with another provider as they were cheaper than my BT options. I set it up for everything to change over on the day my contract finished so I wouldn't be charged another month my BT. But of cours they have charged me anyway saying I've left befor emy contract finishes. Is it actually possible to leave BT without having extra charges thrown at you???
