Have been completely without broadband since Sunday evening. Line syncs at its normal speed without issue but takes 10-15 minutes to establish a session with an IP address being allocated to the router. After that has happened, suffer at least 75% packet loss which means no browsing or internet at all.
Have been on with support every day since first outage who acknowledge something is wrong and report to BT wholesale. Service issue is then declared at Cregagh exchange for a few hours, then issue reported fixed but the issue affecting me has not been fixed. We've been around that loop several times now. Very frustrating.
Have tried using BTO modem with HH3 and HH4 as well as HH5 direct. Problem is the same across all.
Any suggestions or help appreciated.
Connection came back to life at some point this afternoon. Hopefully the mods had some input. Thanks for your help.
Spoke too soon....connection gone again with the same issue. Neighbours has gone too this time though, so not just me any more.
