Despite being told that I would automatically get BTS because I have Infinity and a YV box(bought from BT shop) it appears I need to activate via link "If you ordered BT Sport before 1st August click here to get setup". The problem is as a retired BT employee I then get a message "If you're a BT employee please have a look at the BT Intranet site for more information on how to order BT Sport.". Obviously I no longer have access to the BT intranet. I assume (?) I can get this activated by someone but don't want to sit in a long queue only to be passed off to another one.
Any help appreciated.

You eventually get cut off, trust me, 3 times today alone 0800 111 4567, I am truly pee'd off. BT TV just tweeted 'What are we watching on TV this week?' I replied, not BT Sport!
Sorry should have been more explicit, I meant a way around the issue, rather than how to jump the queue(s).
That number you used is BT Business! That is the recording that comes up when I have just rang it, option 2 about anything else
You may have got lucky, may get an advisor that says wrong Department and puts the phone down. So what is the BEST Phone number to call about this please?
