Bill shows BT Sport HD and also BT Sport HD on SKY?

 Why do I have two separate items of BT Sport appear on my bill? Surely I have one or the other? I'm a bit lost as to what it means and the latest bills are pretty awful at explaining everything to be honest. Thanks.

Hi @Retrovertigo thanks for posting, do you have BT Sport on a BT TV box as well as a Sky box?  If you get in touch with our billing team I'm sure they'll be able to help clarify that for you.

Hi @NeilO 

No I only have a SKY box. I'm sure this has only appeared since I changed over to SKY Q and now have BT sport sent to my second mini sky q box. I had to phone up to have it set up as obviously the mini q box has no facility for using a viewing card. 

 I'll give billing a call during the week when it will hopefully be quieter than the weekends 🙂 Cheers

What do the charges say they are for exactly on your bill & how much are they? The main sub, hd & extra box would each have separate lines on the bill so I'm not sure if it may just be that
