Billed £51.21 instead of £28.34!

Hello.
Today I've have been charged £51.21 instead of my usual £28.34.

I've checked my accound and I found that I've paid £9.99 for line connection (which did not happened as I don't need it) and another  £34.08 for Fibre 1 (plus my usual 28.34)

Can someone please help me with whis.
