Billed for something I didn't order

Hi,

I'm looking for some advide. in June 2017 I moved my phone package from sky to BT (phone, broadband infinity & BT TV).  Last quater I noticed my bill had shot up to £396 a qtr and thought I'd log on to check why it was so high. I noticed that I was paying for a sky package I never ordered ( I already have sky through sky). I contacted BT to query and was tild it was part of the orginal order and it might have been a case of my selecing the wrong option). They asked why I's only just queried it and I told them that I've never checked my bills and only queried it because the bill had gone up. They said that I must have ordered it so wouldn't be entitled to a refund but as a good will gesture they would 

cancel and not charge a canellation fee (big of them).  Because I had no proof that I hadn't ordered it I stumped up nearly £400 and waited for the next qtrs bill. I've now had the next bill and you guessed it I've been charged again for sky package. I contacted BT who told me they had no record of my conversation or my 2 live chats so I'd have to pay! I've sinced found my original order confimation from sky and the order is for phone line, broadband and BT TV, no mention of sky TV. I can prove I've always had sky tv through sky so why would I have ordered it.

Please can someone please advide me what to do I'm at the end of my tether and have now cancelled BT altogether because I'm so sick of this. Can I get my money bak as I have proof I  didn't order it?

I have asked a moderator to provide assistance, they will post an invite on this thread.
They are the only BT employees on this forum, and are based in the UK.
