hi i would suggest you wait for the forum mod team as they have a good reputation in resolving your type of problem as posted they can take up to 3 working days to reply to you but will take personal ownership
of the problem until it is resolved and keep you informed of progress by email or phone

Hi,

 

Im very glad to read someone else is having the exact same problem as me. I know this an old thread but did you have any luck sorting out your problem?

I am so stressed out sorting out my issue. I have spoken to so many people at bt who have told me something then not  followed through. I have been chasing a  final bill for 2 months after asking for it 5 times and just received it. Literally the day after i had a letter demanding the ammount or my credit rating will be affected.

They normally reply by email or phone directly to you within 3 working days they will take personal ownership of your problem until resolved and will keep you informed of progress

 


They are a UK based BT specialist team who have a good record at getting problems solved

 


This is a customer to customer self help forum the only BT presence here are the forum moderators
