Billing and service

I am not sure if this is the correct place 

but I am having a serious problem 

I need the details of who to send a summons to at bt

as I have no alternative other than go to court as there customer services doesn't even know what a deadlock letter is

But you might be better off with the Teleccomunications Ombudsman first.
