Billing capped?

I just got my phone bill. Includes charges of £42 for calls to mobiles. I’m sure I saw something about charges for this being capped at £5 during lockdown. Am I wrong? I’m on Home Phone Saver, by the way.

Hi @Danathan,

Thanks for taking the time to post.

It sounds like you may have been billed incorrectly, call charges to UK landlines and Mobiles should be capped at £5 at the moment. Your best bet is to speak to customer service on Live Chat and they will be able to take a look into this for you.
