Hi i hope somebody can assist.
I cancelled my mobile contract and was out of contract from 30th October. I still have the final text message response from BT including reference number.
Yesterday i received a bill through the post for the monthly charge & have received an email this morning with the same.
Can anybody advise me how i can resolve this issue, hopefully without an hour spent on the phone to BT ?!

Rang them and despite the contract ending 30th October, as they also confirmed. Another payment was taken and an attempt was made to take another one a few days ago.
Apparently despite receiving a STAC code and the text stating i was out of contract from 30th Oct. I should also have contacted BT to cancel the contract ?!
Anyway, spoke to a lovely lady at BT yesterday and contract now cancelled & i am being refunded the months payment that was taken 👍
