Hi,
I have extremely slow connections with my BT therefore went online to see how much it would cost for an upgrade, Currently my download speed is at 0.61 whch is obviously very frustrating.
I went onto check my bills and have noticed that my billing has increased dramatically over the past 2 months. My contract started in April and was sold at £18.99 a month however i have been charged £44.70 and now £31.84. Why is this? I have not been contacted regarding this and have definitly notagreed to an increase in my billing. Therefore i am paying £44 for broadband that i cannot even load a website up on my devices.
What can i do to resolve this?
