Cant access bill on pc all I get is "Service Unavailable. The service is temporarily unavailable. Please try again later."

Are you able to access the bill ok on the MyBT app?

Hi @peterukw1, cheers for trying that and posting back. The MyBT is working ok. Have you cleared your cookies and cache on Firefox as old cookies could be the cause of the problem.
