I've had my.new bill how can I extend it to the 22nd

If your bill due date is after 20/3 then BT are not disconnecting customers for non payment until end of June so just pay when you can

Hello well I had an extended on one bill which is due the 11th april then my other bill as been processed which I need to extend both Bill's I'm a disabled lady and suffer from anxiety and depression so I dont want to lose my services as I live by myself how will I no I wont lose services and that its extended in total my bill is £200

I've just looked and my bill of £200which is 2Bill's together Is due the 15th april bt I need to extend as I'm a disabled woman and sufferfrom anxiety and depression and I also live on my own so the only thing that helps is my tv means I'm in lockdown as l am considered as higher risk due to havin health issues
