Black Friday TV/ Xbox deal

Hi all, I was just wondering when I would likely get the voucher for the 43inch TV. I joined BT online and received the email that states that BT will send me another email to claim the free tv/xbox. It's now been over 30 days since my broadband was connected?  Should I be concerned?

There  was a post from another forum member, who said they received their voucher code today, so maybe yours will come today, check your email and spam folders.

Hi, no I've checked and there is still no email, I tried live chat and they just gave me a random bt number that I was on hold for half hour then the call dropped. Am I best calling customer services?
