Blank online account screens

Has anyone elses online account screens gone blank today ? mine was OK yesterday but today it's just showing blank screens again.

Hi Del My Phone part is Ok, but the broadband link is the same

as yours this is often happening lately as you have posted before.

Hi Patty,

Yea StuartH (Mod) sorted it for me the last time as the billing team didn't have a clue what I was talking about but it just seems to have slipped back again today, server problem I expect.

Has yours just gone wrong again today ?

I'm also having the same problem with the My Services section of my account just showing a blank page.

Hi Del, Yes mine has gone wrong again today, the front page is OK but now the rest is like yours!! I put it down to my next bill

 

 being due 19/8/11. Funnily enough I can see Augusts bill on there from the front page, lets hope it will right itself

 

 later??? Smiley Wink

On Twitter they said they were working on it and to try using Internet explorer as other browsers can block it.

I've tried and it's still blank.

I use IE9 and it is still the same as this morning. There are other

posts in the broadband section of this forum so I think it is a

widespread fault.

Hi John , Yea "My Bills and payments" tab is normal it's just all the sub pages on "My Services" Tab that are blank, therefore no link to the usage monitor Smiley Sad
