I contacted BT this afternoon through email to report the issue with my account and I have checked my online account this evening and there is phone fault reported on my online account. I am not sure if this is correct because the problem is with my online account and not phone line. The email I got was from BT Broadband Helpdesk and I dont even have my broadband with BT.
Could somoene please advise,
Yea there's some very strange goings on at BT, I reported it via the Twitter form as requested by the BT care Twitter team and 2 hours later had a customer satisfaction survey about the way it was handled.
