I have a problem receiving E-mail from one specific xxxx.btinternet address into one of my sub accounts. E-mails can be sent to them but cannot be received. The blocked addresses list on the BT service indicates no blocked addresses. The sender does get a failure message back suggesting the Final Recipient is a xxx.hotmail.com address instead of xxx.btinternet.com as intended. The actual name is the same. The Action: is shown as Relayed and the Status as 2.0.0
Other E-Mail to and from these 2 addresses works fine.
BT Help have been pretty useless to date although there is a complaint still outstanding.
