Both ADSL lines are dead...

I'm writing this on my mobile phone. I have two lines to my house, one line is connected with BT Hub 4 and the other line is connects to TP-Link router.

Prior to both lines dropped like dead, there was a very heavy raining earlier this morning and then, not long afterward, that BT hub is flashing orange, it is still doing it now.

I thought ok I use my computer which is connected to the other line, but it turned out to be dead too!

On my TP-Link router, the ADSL status says 'No signal'.

Unfortunately, I'm deaf so no, I cannot hear the tone.

The BT Hub has solid orange bar lit but b icon is flashing orange/red.

Both ADSL lines are just back on now, first with BT Hub and then 2nd line...

The sun is shining outside so there must be exposed copper somewhere...never mind, all is ok now.
