Boxnation

Hello

I have the Big sport pack and 4 k all he stuff. 

I turned on Box nation but it gave me some subscription options Zero or £60 a month. 

Is this normal?  I thought it was part of the pack.

Hi @Anonymous . I seem to recall that Box Nation is an add on, in the sign up process even though it’s at nil cost. (Why BT don’t add it anyway if it costs nothing), like AMC. 
Did you sign up online or over the phone.
