gg.. the issue is not solved, the issue was not TRASH and BINs, that was just a difference between the accounts spotted, now solved and crossed of the list.. - i think you might need to rest your fingers and have a cup of tea..

The admins, are kindly moving the account as requested, I can take it from here - thanks for all your support.

I can assure you moving the account will make not a jot of difference to anything other than you will control the password rather than your wife but hey ho!!

The other problem that you mentioned in your initial posts will also not be resolved when you, to coin a phrase "regain control".

It also has nothing whats so ever to do with who administers the email account but I'll wait with bated breath for your update.

I don't drink tea and I don't need it. It gets tiresome when somebody such as your self who obviously has no knowledge about what they are rabbiting on about won't accept when people who obviously do know more than they do choose to continue to argue their corner. 

It make you wonder why they bother to post their problem on a forum if they have no intention of following the help/advice given.
