I have the latest software (3.3.164) on my T1000 box, but BritBox is not in the list of players. I thought it was coming with the rolled-out software update. I've tried to update the players, but the message tells me I can't. Am I missing something?

Britbox is not available on the first generation Youview boxes.
So available on the T21xx and T4000 models but not the T10xx models.

Hopefully, your current BTTV box doesn't start overheating and start making strange noises and needing to be replaced.
