I subscribed to Britbox back in Aug 2020 for the 6 month free trial through MyBT account. Now looking to cancel it before i have to start paying but MyBT reckons I haven't got it...only gives me the option to 'get started'. I've def got it but i used a different personal email add when setting it up at Britbox end.
Tried via Britbox, and they say manage via BT account, so stuck.
Any advice?
I just looked on my account and Britbox is listed. I decided to cancel and it came up with a message that my 6 month trial ends on 6 April. So decided to leave for another week.
Yes. And Britbox have said it’s linked to my BT account so no billing info on their system.
It’s either I’ve found a way to get it for free or I’ll be stung for a bill when they untangle the billing issue between them...and my money is on the latter.

Hi, I have given it some time and Britbox still appears on my bill. Let me know what info you need.
If you have access to my account you will see this has been going on since June and I have been promised it would be taken care of several times.
