I moved 29th march. Set up for bt infinity broadband and phone to go live 9th april. Bt changed this to 11th april. 11 th came and went 12 th april contacted bt to be told there is a eouting issue. But previous owners were with bt with no issues. Told to ring back 13th april for update, meanwhile get a text saying bt will contact me 16th april! Thia is very frustrating and disappointing to say the least. I sti have no idea what the issue or hold up is.
