HI
I've been waiting since 4th December for my broadband to be activated. I have called multiple times and been told that openreach was having problems and that it would be sorted by midnight on the 7th December, but I am still without broadband.
The provider switch service was supposed to be smooth and easy and has now become nothing but a nuisance and is now affecting my working life.
I need answers and solutions ASAP

Well unless you have dial tone on your phone line, broadband is never going to work. A cheap (less than £10) wired phone is an essential fault finding tool, even if you do not use it to make calls, apart from an emergency.
Did you move from another provider. if so, which one?
You should have been issued with a phone number, so it may be worth checking to see if there is a shortage of connections in the fibre cabinet, as that could be the reason for the delay.
Enter your phone number into this form and display the results here, but edit out your phone number before you post the results.
Are you now connected?
