Yes I do. They now said that there is no fault with my line and they have to send an engineer to see what the problem is and they want to charge me 99 pounds for that?

if you have front plate off then connect a filter then connect router to filter.  can you then post new adsl stats please

I have now plugged the filter and router into the test socket and the Internet works fine. Here are the ADSL stats and speed test results.

that's a lot better

 

there is obviously a problem with your internal wiring - have you removed the bellwire from all your sockets as it is known cause of interference

I removed the bell wire from Terminals 3 and 4 (Orange and White), but still can't load webpages...this is what comes up:
