I would borrow a screwdriver first
if you have front plate off then connect a filter then connect router to filter. can you then post new adsl stats please
I have now plugged the filter and router into the test socket and the Internet works fine. Here are the ADSL stats and speed test results.
ADSL Line Status
Download speedachieved during the test was - 2.37 Mbps
For your connection, the acceptable range of speeds is 0.6 Mbps-7.15 Mbps.
Your DSL Connection Rate :2.98 Mbps(DOWN-STREAM), 0.45 Mbps(UP-STREAM)
IP Profile for your line is - 2.5 Mbps
My query now is why does it not work on my other phoneline socket?
Thanks a lot for your help!!
that's a lot better
there is obviously a problem with your internal wiring - have you removed the bellwire from all your sockets as it is known cause of interference
I removed the bell wire from Terminals 3 and 4 (Orange and White), but still can't load webpages...this is what comes up:

It's finally working - thank you soooooooooooooooo much for all your help. You made my day! Have a great night!! 😄
You're so much more helpful than the technical support team on the phone. 🙂
