My Broadband contract end shortly...….If its emergencies only or prioritising call type for contacting BT who can I speak to? If Im being bumped down the list as its deemed non essential I could be hanging on for ages and Im working most of the time still.
Also can I discuss via messaging? Or is there a way to extend my contract online rather than phoning?

Your service will not stop, it will just continue on a rolling month by month basis, but there may be a price increase.
