I had a month of problems during December and January, so I have posted before.
Yesterday and today the connection had dropped out several times.
In the Wolston area of Warwickshire.
I did see a BT Broadband van outside our next door but one neighbours. He informed me he had just arrived and knew nothing of these problems, he was looking at a seperate issue. However, my next door but one nieghbour informed me he was aware of issues in the village. Any help welcome!

Do I need to report it via the usual routes then?
are you using the test socket with a new filter? this will eliminate any internal problems

you need to get engineer visit but problem with intermittent fault is getting the visit when the problem exists
