Broadband Infinity speed problems

I just did a speed test on betaspeed.test and the results are:

Ping 8

Down 22.45

Up 4.56.

However if I do an upload and check it is:

`ping 74

down 6.83

up 0.84

Yes, that's good. Nice & flat :).

The speedtests are all consistent with your connection speeds. The issue is why is your connection speed so much slower than BT's estimates. For that we need to see the BT Broadband Availability Checker table.
