As you are not getting the contracted speed, you are entitled to a free visit from Openreach, to sort the problem out.

Its probably an issue with your internal phone wiring. Do you have any extension sockets, as its possible that they are not wired to the correct point?
I'm not getting the speed and only one person can use the internet at a time! Which is a nightmare when you have 2 kids wanting to play on line.
Open reach have visited, they said it was my hub. BT sent out a new hub no difference.
No internal wiring. Hub is plug straight into the socket as it comes in from wall. I have tried 2 ethernet cables to rule out that. Wireless is exactly the same.
